Steel Strapping is used to stabilise items on a pallet, where a high tensile strength is required. Steel strapping is a proven industry standard for many heavy-duty loads such as building frames, concrete pipes and many other heavy loads.  Steel Strapping is often sold by weight rather than length due to the natural expansion and contraction in the process of manufacturing.
Steel strapping comes in either RIBBON (RIB) form, which is small hand rolls or ROPE, which are longer industrial rolls. It is available in standard grade for standard everyday palletising or high tensile heat treated for heavy-duty palletising applications and is available in 12mm, 15mm, 19mm & 32mm. Steel strap dispensers are available for either RIB or ROPE strapping.
