Orders and Returns

For all enquiries regarding product returns, please send us an email at onlinereturns@ppgaust.com.au  or give us a call on 1300 776 722 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include as much information as possible such as invoice number, stock codes, delivery dates and reason for your return and we will see what we can do!

Conditions of Return

If PPG have supplied faulty, damaged or incorrect product to what was ordered online, PPG will organize pick up of the product(s) in question. Please complete our Returns form and send back to PPG within 14 days from receipt of stock. All returns must be in its original, unmarked saleable condition.

However please note the below:
1. No refunds or returns on customised or customer-specific stock.
2. No refunds or returns on non-stocked items.
3. No refunds or returns due to "change of mind".

Note: Colour of items displayed online versus colour of items received may vary slightly due to screen resolution.
