The high-speed solution for light cushioning and void filling. PadPak® protective packaging paper is a versatile cushioning packing material used to protect fragile products packed manually into shipping boxes. The patented cushioning pad is highly shock absorbent, for excellent protection in transit. Paper is converted by the PadPak system to form a protective pad directly around the product. An outstanding option for many applications: computer monitors, radiators, automotive parts, fine china, paintings, circuit boards, surgery kits and more.

The PadPak® LC (Light Cushioning) converter forms 20 or 25 kg fanfold kraft paper into a light cushioning pad. The result is fast and efficient cushioning, blocking-and-bracing, and void filling. The converter forms the paper into a protective, shock-absorbing paper pad, using a patented folding and stitching process. A unique converter design, with five different modes of operation, allows both batch-mode applications and on-demand pad production.
The recent upgrades to the PadPak LC converter include new electronics to ensure improved operations and useability, a safety valve for enhanced protection and a quick-release handle on the front cover for easy operational access. 

Individual fan-folded packs of paper, with gluing strip, ensure easy loading and high speeds. The paper pad can be used for cushioning, fixating or wrapping.
